which Halloween costume?

my 3yr old is going to be a Knight for Halloween, we picked out his costume a while back. so, i figured I would stick with that theme and get DD a princess costume to match. I found one at a consignment sale about a month ago and was excited about it, til a few weeks ago. now I keep seeing all the costumes out at the stores and I love all the "baby" ones that are animals. I couldn't resist and got her a owl one at Target the other day.

so now I am thinking of having her wear that one because I'm sure she will want to be a princess for many years down the line, so why not dress her in a adorable squishy costume this year. so, i know....first world problem, but which one would you go with?

I would go with the owl, and you are right most likely she may want to be a princess down the line.

Owl! I think owls are adorable! Now I want an owl costume for DD (even though she already has a flower pot costume.)

I'm with you - your DD will want to be a princess later down the line and you don't have to do a family theme. Since you bought it at a consignment shop, you're not losing much money.

Go with the owl that you love.
