Well... I was looking forward to take E's cake smash pictures but it didn't go as smooth as I imagined. I made him a 4 layer blue and yellow banana cake with buttercream frosting to smash. I put lots of colorful sprinkles in hope that he'll like it.
Turned out E hated the sticky buttercream and didn't want anything to do with the cake. DH took a piece off and fed it to him, we tried putting his wooden blocks on top, a fun candle with music, nothing worked. So we sat him on his highchair and put the cake in front of him. He still didn't want to touch it. Finally we sprinkled some cheerios on top and that did the trick! The cake was never smashed, he pretty much just picked out the cheerios from the top.

Thanks guys! At least I don't have to worry about him getting stomach ache from too much cake today.
