I don't think I saw this post today. I know it's late, but I've barely had a chance to be on here today so I'm starting the thread and if anyone else has one please join in!
Lily woke up crying at 4am. I went to her when she didn't settle back down like she sometimes does. Usually all it takes is a quick cuddle and then she'll go back to sleep, but she was really worked up this time. I was starting to wonder why when I felt it - she had leaked all the way through her sleepsack and was soaked. When I changed her I saw why: the overnight diaper that DH had put on her was gaping like crazy around her one leg! I don't even know how he managed to do it up so badly. And to add to it, when I went and got back in bed he says to me "Wow, that was a long one!" No sh!t, Sherlock, when I have to change her diaper, clothes and find another sleepsack. Plus he was awake the whole time but not helping me.

Re: Testes Tuesday?
Mine has been going in between amazing and total failure. I mean, he has been cooking for himself and A, since I cannot eat. He has been helping out with night shifts more than is his share. He has been trying to be nice.
BUT...
He thinks pumping is 'me time' you know, because I get to sit down while I do it. Mostly with only one kid attached to me.
Showering is me time as well.
After a c/s apparently you don't need any recovering time. I mean, I jumped right back into everything on day three, right!? My still pretty heavy bleeding is probably unrelated.
He never helps with bottles, washing bm containers, pump parts
Etc. Never. And always complains when I do it at 10 when he wants to go to bed. Well... Help and we will be done sooner.
He keeps playing down my recovery etc. It annoys me.'I had my frucking belly cut open twice in the last 12 months. It is a big deal.'
I think I have ppd. It is apparently nbd either and I just have to suck it up.
I am so done.
Make him sit down and pump for half an hour while holding a child. Let him do it for a day every couple of hours and see how he likes it. I made DH do this while holding a cabbage patch once when I was still nursing DD. We would be doing chores and I would stop to nurse DD and DH would stop what he was doing because he "wanted a break too." I told him it wasn't a break. He said, "You are sitting down." So I made him use the pump every time I had to nurse for a day. He no longer called it a break. I was pretty irritated with him when I made him do that.
