I had an interview today for a job that I am dying to have. It's for a radio station, basically clerical work but only until you learn the ropes of managing the accounts. I didn't finish college and have been working as a waitress and retail at minimum wage for a long time so this is an amazing opportunity to get a set schedule 95 MondayFriday with decent pay! Its also a job where i would be happy to go to instead of dreading. I could cry I want the position so bad as there is lots of opportunity to move up and build an actual career. I really need this.
I would really appreciate it if you ladies would send me positive vibes and thoughts!!! I was thinking of sending a "thanks for your time" email tomorrow. Any thoughts on that?? Keep your fingers crossed for me!!! Thank you do much!!

Re: 30 weeks pregnant and had interview today
Good luck to you! Absolutely I would send an email thank you. It shows professionalism and it is an opportunity to emphasize your continued interest.
I usually start by expressing my appreciation for the interviewer having taken the time to discuss the (insert name of title) position. Then I would state that after learning more about the position it strenghtrened your interest and you continue to believe you would be a good fit for the job and are hopeful you will hear from them soon.
I lurk here but fairly often see HR professionals on this board so they will likely have some valuable tips.
Good luck- it sounds really exciting! I always try to send thank you emails to everyone I interview thanking them for their time and letting them know how excited I am about the position.
i know that when I interview people, I usually give preference to the candidates that seem the most excited about the position and really want to be part of the team. Good luck to you!
Good luck!
