I worked HARD and made a lot of sacrifices to get there. I can't remember when I started letting myself go, or why. UGH. 30 pounds later...
On the plus side, I have a super awesome brother who just so happens to be a certified personal trainer. So he promised to draw me up a pregnancy-safe routine that I can share if anyone is interested. He tells me the key is heart rate and fatigue, so I bet anyone could do it, non-preggers can just up the intensity. Anyone?
