DS has his first runny nose. I have his mattress elevated alittle and the humidifier going. Any other ideas to help my little man. Someone told me squirt salt water lightly up his nose. Kind of like saline spray but with a siringe. Any advice would be great just wondering what others do to help it pass or help sleep. Thanks
