Friday - - not sure!!! Our store runs its pricing from Friday - Thurs, so whatever is a good buy on Friday I will get. That's when I pick up the food for the weekend as well.
The chicken dishes are both from this month's issue of Everyday Food. I can't wait to try them out!
I've actually planned 13 meals that, between freezing portions and leftovers, should last us the month. I've also already gotten all of the ingredients and will spend tomorrow or Thursday portioning them out and freezing those that can be frozen all together. The recipes are also typed out and in the order I'll be making them. They're mostly crock pot meals.
1. Chicken Reuben Bake
2. Chicken and Dumplings
3. Chili and Lime Panko Kraft Fresh Bake Chicken
4. Toscano Soup
5. Chicken Cordon Bleu
6. BBQ Beef and Beans
