I had forgotten about that lovely side effect, teamed with the iron in the prenatals.
I've been drinking water non-stop but even that's not doing it. Any advice on high fiber foods or what are you ladies doing?
I know, TMI, but that' what this board is for, right? (or should I go elsewhere?)

Fiber one bars are yum! I bought he chocolate oats ones in bulk at BJs. I have one every night before bed, I also take 2 citricul every morning with a gigantic glass of water.
Its helping.
Cereal and veggies help too. oh and apple cider

I had a big salad with lots of jalepenos in it last night and shortly after dinner was over I had to go to the bathroom, it was the best poo in a long time, I felt light again. Planning to make the same salad for dinner tonight.
I bought some double fiber bread - each slice is 6g of fiber, which is a pretty decent amount. I've been using it for french toast or regular toast or sandwiches - its a nice way to pack in some extra fiber.
I've also bought some dried fruits (including prunes) and almonds, which are also pretty high in fiber and should help things along.
I think baked beans also have a lot of fiber as well.
I hope things get moving for you soon!

Ahh, I'll have to get the prunes - those work everytime and I actually like those little buggers.
I had baked beans last night - but with mac & cheese so that was probably counteractive. Tonight is chili night - something has to light the fuse.

Oh, like others have said, I've noticed spicy food helps too.
Good luck!
saw you are in austin. I am so jealous. I was born and raised in Austin, but now in the northeast. blerg. and, of course, I am craving some good brisket with burnt ends.
