Oye! Feel like Ive been punched in the "biscuit"

Lol....anyone watch "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo"? "Biscuit" is what they used to refer to their nether regions, lol.

I've still been working out and doing my weights like I always have. I've went down a little on the amout of weight I'm using. Here lately I feel like I've been punched down there when I get up after sitting for a bit. It is especially bad at night when I have to get up and go to the bathroom. Doesn't bother me when I'm sitting/standing/laying down though. Anyone else?!! I am thinking it's because of the weights/working out I am doing, but I am not willing to stop...guess I'll have to figure something out!

Mine has been hurting for about a month now and it's pretty constant, more so when I get up though. But it's pretty painful. I asked my midwife about it and I guess she thought that it had to do with sex because she told me to use a lot of lube, well we do but I still hurt. So maybe it's just because of the increased blood flow and swelling?

  • I was told more ligament pain-muscles and such stretching, so weight distribution is different. That and increased bloodflow. Someone also mentioned the possibility of vericose veins??? Eep!
