Friday- Rehersal dinner
Satuday- My brother's wedding
Sunday- No idea...maybe take-out because I will be exhausted.
I am so going to make that orange chicken next week. I really miss a lot of asian food because of this no soy nonsense. Have you made it before Chelsey?
We plan Sunday-Thursday and are MSPI friendly
Sunday - Grilled firecracker chicken & bell peppers w/ leftover smashed potatos
Monday - Semi-homeade pizza using Trader Joes refrigerated dough. DH gets his own w/ cheese and H and I share one w/out cheese
Tuesday - Taco salad w/ no cheese, pintos and brown rice
Wednesday - Taco salad leftovers
Thursday - DH is picking up a store chicken. I was excited to find one that is "safe". Some sort of veggie ensemble for the sides
I haven't! I'm excited to try it though, take-out gets so expensive, and if I can make one that tastes good for cheap, that will be awesome! That's great that it is MSPI friendly, do you have to adjust anything in that recipe or is it good "as-is?"
Monday- BBQ ribs w/ macaroni and cheese
Tuesday- Tacos, chips and salsa
Wednesday- Grilled chicken (on the BBQ grill), green beans, garlic toast
Thursday- Frozen pizza (I know, I know....mother of the year!), salads
Friday- Pork steaks, corn casserole, sliced carrots
Saturday- Sloppy joes, onion rings, and a vegetable, TBD.
We're an extremely busy family, and I'd like to make our meals healthier.....but DS1 has been picky for the best part of his little life, and is just now trying new things. Once we got him to start trying new things, DS2 decided vegetables, etc. were no longer appetizing. Sigh. Maybe someday.
