We're going on vacation at the end of October and need to take a stroller. The jogging stroller is too big to put in the car along with luggage for 5 people, and our cheap umbrella stroller isn't substantial enough for a week's worth of walking around. Is there anything [inexpensive] in between?

We have a Graco literider that I love. I got it for when we needed just a single again to replace our old and beaten up one, it's light, doesn't take up too much space, and was only $50ish at Target. We use it quite a bit.

Our single is a Graco Mosaic. I love it because it's sturdier and more comfortable than an umbrella stroller but not as bulky as a travel system stroller. We can fit it in the trunk of our Jetta with enough luggage for the 4 of us, plus a pack'n'play, with a little room to spare.

Someone asked a similar question on the Dec. 2011 board. Maybe this will help
