  Hahaha.. my sister used to joke about using duct tape to keep the diapers on once her LO's got to the stage of taking off the diaper on their own!!

  Yeah, lol it doesn't get any easier.  It takes twice as long to get him ready in the mornings because he is so wiggly.  Now in addition to trying to roll during diaper change time he tries to push it down with his hands when I'm trying to attach it.

  This.  Or my mom taught me to change LO on the floor.  The trick is to sit on your bum with your legs spread out, one leg over the base of your child. Your leg then holds the little squirmer down while you change the diaper.  You look silly and the kid hates it but boy does it work.
