Ugh, another clogged duct!

Is there something I might be doing to cause clogged ducts? I've had 3 on the same side in just a few weeks. Is there something I can do to prevent them?

IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!

Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    You can take lecithin supplements to help prevent them. Do you have an oversupply? That is a common cause for clogged ducts. Or do you sleep on the side you've been getting them? That can cause them too.

    Kellymom.com has info re: the lecithin supplements.

    Haha, definitely not an over supply. I am doing everything I can to just have enough for LO. I think I am only sleeping on my back. I know one of them came after sleeping on that side so I have been trying hard to only sleep on my back. I'll check out the link, thanks!

    If it's the exact same spot it might not have cleared completely.
    I get them a lot and it takes nothing. Skipping a feed, a long carry on the boba, purse to heavy, too distracted to empty the breast.
    I'm going to try the sunflower lecithin. She doesn't do well with the sun butter so I've been afraid but I just had a very painful couple of days. You're baby is mspi too rigth?
