Flying with BM but no Baby?

I am about to go on a 3 day work trip tomorrow.  This will be my first night away from DD.  I am wondering whether you can bring an ice pack and/or breast milk as part of your carry on without a baby being present?  Also, I am thinking I will be keeping the milk in the milk bags - will these hold up under the pressure changes?

Ice packs must be frozen ot they cant be carried on. Let the TSA know that you have bm. They will ask u to open the bottle and they will hold a strip above it. They nor the strip touch the bottle.

Just had a work trip last week. After going through the gate, I filled ziploc bags with ice from one of the restaurants. This kept it extra cold for the duration of the flight and drive home from the airport. No one tested the BM either.

They don't have to test the bm but they have the right too. Technology is different at different airports as well.
