  I know, can you believe it? My dad was telling me about this the other day. Time to stock up! But just know...last year, my mom was telling me about some pumpkin shortage and there was going to be a low supply of canned pumpkin. Every time I went to the store, I bought like 5 cans of pumpkin because I was freaked out we wouldn't have pumpkin pie. There was no pumpkin shortage and there sure won't be at my house anytime soon. I have it pouring out of my pantry. My husband and I still laugh about the "great pumpkin shortage of 2011".
