Its been a week and I am attempting to go to work tomorrow.

    I went back 3 days after my D&E.  I think it was actually good for me.  It kept me really busy...keeping myself busy seems to be for the best.  Down time is hardest for me...too much time for my mind to wander.

    I did everything naturally so thats why I didnt go back.  I work in law enforcement so I was better off staying home.

    I went back to work the next day... It was terrible every time I had to run off to the bathroom.... I did mine naturally too. BUT it did keep me busy and i felt 'normal' at times. Just remeber to breathe.... best wishes

    I'll be thinking about you! I'll be going back to work tomorrow for the first time too. I'm dreading it, but I know it's one small step back toward feeling okay. Good luck!

    I worked from home last week.  I normally work from home every Monday but I need to get out of the house so I am going in tomorrow for a few hours.  My boss thinks I'm nuts but I need a change of scenery.
