DH was out last night for his Bachelor Party, we aren't officially getting married til Friday and we leave for California tomorrow morning. Of course I don't mind him going out plus that means I get to go to sleep early. : )
Well DH usually wakes up at 6:30 or earlier every morning and like clock work with no alarm I woke up from a deep sleep. I was out, and I just woke up, typically I wake up and lay there and relax well with DH not here I felt my sleep was completely disrupted and then Jackson wasn't moving. I know I was truly in a deep sleep so I laid there for a few minutes to see if he would start moving around, it's routine that he does this. Of course no and my logical self lost the battle. So I get up drink a glass of OJ and hope for him to move. Finally 20 minutes later which felt like 3 hours he starts moving.
I was able to go back to sleep but I was suppose to fly to Orlando from California for a work meeting for 5 days with out DH and I realized that if something happened I would not have anyone there and I don't know a Dr. For being in California my whole life minus the past 2 1/2 years If something happened I could go see my old Dr who's Dad delivered me and DH will be there. Needless to say I am sure I had increased blood pressure this morning and Jackson has been extra active for me.

I know, I can't wait! I meant to tell you, you should definitely read Ina May's Guide to Childbirth. It's got a lot of good info. Also, I'm halfway through Happiest Baby on the Block and I like it but I wish I would have gotten the DVD because DH is not a reader! So keep that in mind if you want your DH to read it and he's not a reader, they also have a DVD that is supposed to be really good.
Have fun on your trip coming out my way by the way!!

Ok I will definitely pick up that book and yeah if I want DH to have anything to do with the happiest baby it will definitely have to be a movie. I packed a breast feeding book for my flight in the morning. I have se fun drama books too but I'm really going to try breast feeding first. Lets hope it's interesting. :
I am very excited to be going back to Cali besides the fact that I'm leaving beautiful 75 degree weather for 100 degree weather. So to make me feel a little better we are headed to the beach tomorrow. :
