Baltimore City Pediatricians?

Does anyone have a good pediatrician that they would recommend - ideally somewhere in the city north of downtown? This is one of the last things we need to figure out before baby arrives. Two names I've heard are Dr. Starr at Cross Keys, and Dr. Tellerman at the Rotunda. Any thoughts on those or others are much appreciated!
