I'm really angry with my father!

He is a typical man, never goes to the doctor when he isn't feeling well.  Allison is at my parents house every day during the week because my mom picks her up from day care.  Well for almost two weeks my dad has been "staying away" from Allison because he has felt like crap...I told him, my mom told him, everyone told him to go to the doctor.

Well, he finally did and he has fricking PNEMONIA!!!!  Awesome dad, just awesome.

Allison has had a cough and runny nose for like a month so I don't think it is related to my dad but still.  You have a baby in the house and you can't keep germs away from her.  His doctor is awesome though, she remembered that Allison was there a lot and MADE him get the whooping cough and flu vaccine while he was at the office.

I'm still mad at him though...

    My hubby is the same way when it comes to his own health but if I have.the teeniest pain, sniffle or anything, he practically carries me to the doctor!
    Why are men so funny about seeing a doctor??

    My hubby is the same way. So is my FIL. Must be a guy thing. I have like 5 specialists that I talk to on a regular basis. He hasn't been into a doctor's office, except for emergencies, in something like 12 years.

    My dad had a minor heart attack. He felt heart pains and guess what he did? Layed down for a nap! When he "woke up"  (THANK GOODNESS HE WOKE UP) and I presume he was never actually sleeping, he drove himself to Urgent Care who obviously- rushed him to the ER.

    I dont typically go to the doctor unless I'm feeling awful. I'm stubborn- Not impossible!
