grinding teeth

Logan has been grinding his teeth more and more lately... He does it so hard I can hear it across the room and I'm worried he'll chip or crack a tooth! Anyone else experiencing this? I don't think there's much to be done about it but it drives me bananas!

    Aria doesn't do this, but our dentist went over it anyway when I asked about brushing her teeth. He said that it's just them exploring their teeth at this point, it's completely normal. For now, it's completely harmless.

    It's not happening here yet, but I did it when I was little, and still do when I'm under stress. I ground down my baby teeth pretty far. Apparently it would actually wake up my parents at night.

    DS has started doing it again.  He's had top and bottom teeth for a while now, so I thought he was over it.  Nope, not at all.  He has rediscovered it!  I hate the sounds ... ugh.
