Recommend a waterproof diaper bag

So I have a really nice diaper bag that my mom made but it's not waterproof. I'm looking for recommendations for a waterproof diaper bag that doesn't scream "I have a baby". I'd like one that's not too small or too big. Oh and the more affordable the better (like $80 or less).The worst part is I have to shop online since I live in bfe and have no stores around to shop at.

    We have a Skip Hop Dash. We chose it because it's not too girly, sort of looks like a messenger style bag and is therefore non-threatening to DH's masculinity when he is on Daddy duty. True story. I'm not sure if it is bona fide waterproof, but the material suggests that it is. It also hangs nicely on a stroller and comes in really cool fabric patterns - although DH chose the boring black one.
