Recalled popcorn

Hi Ladies,

Just figured I'd pass the word around because I just found out about this myself.  I had a bag of Popcorn, Indiana Kettle Corn that has been recalled for possible Listeria contamination.  If you google the company, they have a hotline you can call.

I bought this popcorn because it didn't have any ingredients I couldn't pronounce.  Therefore, I thought it would be a little healthier than downing a bag of Doritos...guess I was wrong!

 I ate some about three weeks ago (maybe about a cup) and have been fine so far.  I called the hotline and the woman I spoke to said that my bag was recalled, but no cases were confirmed so far.

I have a regular appointment at my OB on Monday, so I'm just going to mention it then since I have been feeling fine.  Please keep your fingers crossed for me!  I hope this information may be helpful to someone.

    PS I just need to say how impressed I am that you're able to eat just one cup of popcorn. I could inhale a huge bowl of popcorn without blinking if I'm not purposely practicing self control.

    My husband ate the entire bag 3 weeks ago. He has been sick since. He thought he had diverticulitis until I got the email Friday from Sam's Club about the recall. He is going to doctor tomorrow. If is scary that we have to worry about every thing we eat. Who would think you can get sick from popcorn. I'm afraid to eat anything!!!!
