To those of you who have an actual belly (as opposed to the bloat one that I'm sporting): When did it first make its appearance? Is 12ish weeks the norm?

Mine didn't start showing until about 15 weeks or so

With my first, I didn't pop until 17 weeks. I had a bloat belly for a little bit, but then the day it popped, it was SO obviously a pregnant belly.

At 12 weeks mine was mostly bloat I think. But at 17 weeks I had a pooch and 19 weeks popped out with what everyone could tell was a baby bump!

Everyones body is different though.

18 weeks with my first. At 12 weeks with my second there's no hiding this thing.

That was my fear as well. I am 11 weeks today and when they say the size of baby and when I look at my belly... it is hard not to worry especially because I don't get to hear the heartbeat until Tuesday. Yet the responses on here are putting me at ease. Thank you.

I didn't pop with DS until 15 weeks, and even then it was just a little extra girth, lol. That most people would probably think "Wow, she's gotten a little fat" but it rounded out a little more within 2 weeks, so I wanna say I for sure looked pregnant at 17 weeks.
