Hi Gals,

My DD1 LOVED her Ergo carrier, and I'm looking forward to using it with DD2 as well... However, I'm also wanting somthing more "newborn" friendly so I can wear her while still getting housework done and chasing after DD1 at the park, mall, etc.

I looked into a Moby, but honestly, it looks way too complicated for me. I also saw the sweatpea ring slings, and wanted people's opinion on how they liked them. Or if there's another "easy" wrap to put my newborn in that people liked? I really enjoyed how easy the Ergo was, and we'll probably use it too, but i wanted something else I can use right away with LO.

I purchased a baby k'tan to use with this baby. Its similar to the Moby but no wrapping.

My DS is asleep in the k'tan right now. We've used it from the beginning.

I know this is usually unpopular here, but I loved the bjorn active in the early months and found it for $20 at a consignment store. It's so quick and easy to take on/off--I could easily lie baby down if she fell asleep without waking her. I found it really comfortable until baby weighed around 15lbs--then I graduated to the ergo.

Lol! I had a KTan and a maya wrap RS and picked the RS every time. Plus I will use it when LO is a little older when I can put him on my hip. It's cooler, longer lasting, and has a nice big pocket for cards, money, keys, and cell phone. I found the KTan to be easier than a moby, but not as easy as a RS
