Sleeping 2 week old question

DD is now 2 weeks old and when she sleeps, she twitches and sometimes wheezes. I turn her on her side and she still makes some of the wheezing sounds but she acts like she is having a nightmare. It's just the noises she makes that worry me....but the ped says there is nothing wrong with her breathing or anything....

So do babies really dream/have nightmares at this young of an age?

I am a FTM and this seems like a stupid question but I figured I would ask anyway

Totally normal. It has to do with their immature nervous system. My little one was THE LOUDEST sleeper until recently-- she's grunt, giggle, cry, etc.

Normal. My baby stirs and squeals like he is about to cry and then just goes back to peacefully sleeping. Their breathing will be really weird for a while
