When do babies start to follow someone else's gaze/pointing?

I realize that probably not for a few months (and maybe not even within the 3-6 month range?), but I wasn't sure if anyone had experience with this or knew when they start reacting to others' gestures. I know they don't personally point until 9-12 months or so.

My LO really started to react to me pointing at him in the mirror around 5 mos. A little earlier than that he would occasionally look at something/someone I would point and talk about.
