I have some, loved them before milk came in, when I had a drop her and there. Hate them now! I drench them and they feel wet all the time.
The thin disposable ones are awful. The absorbant lansinoh disposable ones are pretty good, but the Gerber nuk brand absorbant disposables are awesome! They are like a good maxi pad for the leaky boob. They pull the moisture away from the skin and I always feel dry, plus they are very soft.
I have 9 pairs of avent they are the ones with the lace, 1 pair of bamboobies, and one pair of wool popolini. I prefer the avent but when engorged, can and do leak through them same with other brands too. I don't like the heart shape of the bamboobies. They are awkward to get flat in your bra. I leak right through the wool although they hold the most milk.
I have an organic brand that I can't remember what it is. But I don't leak so I have them as a just in case. They also work great as a wipe up when she drools down my boob.
I purchased both disposable ones and washable ones. I love the Simplisse washable breast pads. I leak often, but I rarely leak a lot, so they work for me. But they are bulky; it isn't super obvious when I wear them, since my boobs never grew and I'm still wearing my pre-pregnancy Spanx bra, which smooths things out nicely, but it'd be more obvious in some other bras out there.
I'm actually growing to dislike my Lansinoh pads. Damn things won't stay put, and they itch.
They are my favorite so far. However, I still leak through at night. Think I am going to have to use Lansinoh disposables at night, or find a nightime washable.
I have bamboobies and I don't care for the shape; plus I think they are awkward to reposition after each feed. The etsy ones are stiffer and easier to replace.
I also have the Lilypads from DD; I only liked these for nights out when I needed something low profile- I find these to be tedious to take on/off.
Hope this helps! Seems like everyone has such different preferences depending on size, amount of leaking etc.

I have the Bamboobies and have only used the nighttime ones that came in the 6 pack I bought. I love them. They absorb a lot and feel dry, plus the softness has been good for my poor, poor sore nips.

I am using these as well, either Nuk or Lansinoh. They work fine for me, I just layer my tops if I am leaving the house (which isn't often).
