And he did so great! He loved spending the night with his best friend
Warning: The next part is extremely sad so if you can't handle it don't continue reading. (Involves a baby that died)
However, the reason he had to stay with them is because we had a death in our church family . She was 32 with 3 kids and her 10 month old was in the car with her. She was having car problems and was coming back on the road. A semi truck driver wasn't paying attention (AKA texting) and ran straight into her. She and her baby both died and her boyfriend's mom is in critical condition.
That's the second death our community has had in a week! (The other was a teenager that was riding with 2 of his friends. They were going 80 mph and ran straight into the back of a school bus.) Please keep both of these families in your T&Ps
Re: JareBear had his first sleep over last night
I saw your post on FB and wondered what had happened. That's so sad and unnecessary. People should be more responsible.
It's great that J did well though. It is reassuring that he can stay over night when needed.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your churchmembers. I saw the story and it's just so sad.
I'm happy that J had fun and did well with his sleepover. It's nice to have friends you can depend on.
The deaths in your community are so sad. TP to their families.
That is so sad. I'll keep their families in my T&Ps
Glad J had a fun sleepover though. you are braver than me, I get hazel separation anxiety.
I was a nervous wreck but since they lost a baby there was no way I could take him and make them sadder. I was glad I didn't after I got there BC some of the family was upset by another lady bringing her baby
I'msosorry for your community. Those losses are heart wrenching to hear. My thoughts go to the families.
Glad J was adaptable and had a good sleepover.
