Getting all nostalgic

We're hours away from Lily's birthday, and all day I've been thinking back to what was happening at this time last year.  At this time on September 28, I was asleep and didn't even know I was in labour.  BIL came home around 11:30pm and I woke up, went to the bathroom and noticed I was having contractions.  For the first time in a long time, I'm actually hoping Lily wakes up at her usual 4am, because then I can give her a cuddle and a kiss at 4:15 when she is exactly one year old.

BFP #2: January 30 ,2011 Born: September 29, 2011

BFP #3: January 5, 2013 Born: August 25, 2013

    Awwwwww! I hope she wakes up too :) How sweet!!!

    I've been getting extremely nostalgic for the past month...T was trying to come early since week 20 so I was scared the whole time, but it was getting close to the point where she would most likely be ok if she decided to make her appearance :)

    I've loved this time of year my whole life, but so much more now :)))))

    Thanks, ladies.  She didn't wake up, slept all the way until 6:30 and I got my snuggles then while she nursed.  We've had a wonderful birthday, but very busy.  We had a small party with family and a few friends that went really well and Lily had a lot of fun.  She LOVED her cupcake and played to all the cameras snapping photos of her beautifully.  We then did a photo shoot with my family, and dinner out with both families. The servers sang to Lily and gave her a free dessert - they were worried she'd freak out by the singing 'cause lots of kids find it overwhelming, but she was lapping up all the attention!  We also just moved her to her own room (but I'll sleep in there for a couple of nights to ease the transition), so it's been a very big, long day!  I'll try to post a few pics soon.
