Cheap pregnancy and ovulation tests?

I see a lot of comments about getting these for cheap ... Where do you get them and what brands do you buy? We are TTC in November and I'll be getting off the pill at the end of October ... Is using ovulation tests super necessary right away when I have no idea what my cycle will be? Thank you!!

    I don't remember what brand, but I got the cheapest one from the grocery store. I tested about three weeks after ovulation, and it was accurate.

    Have you read Taking Charge of Your Fertility? That helped me figure out my cycle and know the signs of ovulation.

    I just ordered 12 pregnancy tests on ebay for 3.99 and free shipping.  Estimated to arrive before Thursday :)

    Actually, I think that's the point.  OPKs can help narrow down your FW.

    I've bought OPK's from Amazon.com (Wondfos) and early-pregnancy-tests.com; only different is Amazon is slighter cheaper and ships slightly quicker.
