Help me not pee on anything!

I have horrid luck with HPTs so I decided when we started IVF that I would wait until beta day without POAS. No need to get myself all excited over a false positive/cp or get destroyed with a false neg.

But here I am 12dp5dt and I'm really at the end of what's left of my rope!!! I'm getting kind of annoyed that my beta day is all the way at 15dp5dt (Mon.10/1). It doesn't seem to me that any of my cycle buddies had to wait that long and my impatience is not sitting well.

I don't have any tests in the house, which helps the situation, but not only is the drugstore around the corner... I have coupons!!!

It's going to be a long (rainy) weekend stuck inside. Help me hold out!!

Dx Hypothyroid 2009 - Dx PCOS 3/2011- TTC since March 2010
DH: Perfect
April 2011 - HSG - Normal/Clear but tilted uterus
May 2011 - Start Metformin
June 2011 - SIS - Arcuate but normal uterus
July 2011 - 100mg Clomid Cycle cancelled - No response
August-September 2011 - Break for oral & eye surgery
Oct 2011 - Femara 7.5mg + Metformin 1500mg + Novarel trigger + IUI #1 = BFN
Nov-Mar 2012- Break due to DH ship schedule
April 2012 - Femara 7.5mg + Metformin 1500mg + Novarel trigger + IUI #2 = BFFN
May 2012 - Femara 7.5mg + Metformin 1500mg + Trigger + IUI #3 = BFFN
June 2012 - Femara cycle cancelled - No response
Jul-Aug 2012 - Break, getting our financials in order
September 2012 - IVF w/ ICSI and AZH
9/11/12 - ER (34 retrieved, 24 mature, 18 fertilized)
9/16/12 - ET - 5dt of 2 perfect blasts and 7 frosties!!!
Beta #1 - 10/1/12 - BFP!!! 2000+
Beta #2 - 10/3/12 - 4881
Beta #3 - 10/5/12 - 8570
First u/s - 10/9/12 - 6w0d - 2 sacs!!!
Second u/s - 10/16/12 - 7w0d - 2 babies with 2 strong hbs!!
First OB appt - 11/5/12 - "Baby A" looks great, good hb and movement, measuring 10w0d
"Baby B" stopped growing at 8 weeks :0(
12/5/12 - Baby looks great at 14w2d - 165bpm heartrate!
January 4th, 2013 - Lost our Baby Girl, Faith at 18w3d
Emergency D&C to clear infection

    You might have coupons, but it would still cost you about $5 for a test, right? I say use that $5 and buy yourself a smoothie and/or a decadant slice of bakery cake! Takes your mind off of it, and you don't have the $5 for a test!

    TTC #2 with assistance since 03/11
    Me: 33, Autoimmune (Hashimotos and FMS/CFS)
    Treated with Synthroid, acupuncture, TCM and supplements
    DH: 33, MFI (very low on all counts, high antibodies, hemochromatosis)
    Many treatments tried, none successful

    IVF/ICSI #1 05/14 - EPP/Antagonist, Gonal-F and Luveris, 18R, 14M, 13F - SET of 1BC, all arrested on day 5 - C/P
    Genetic testing = normal, DNA Frag = excellent
    IVF #2 03/15 - Long protocol with Suprefact, Gonal-F, and possibly Luveris, adding in PICSI

    HI! , why don't you clean out your DVR or go apple picking this beautiful weekend? 

    Pot= kettle, because I am also going nuts. I get ET on Sunday. I am so anxious. I try to distract, but DH works all weekend, and tomorrow is going to be one LONG saturday! I have plans to clean and organize which is long overdue. I am so impatient!

    I didn't POAS either so I know you can do it too, besides you are so close to beta!!! To pass the time I finished watching every show I had stored on my DVR, I baked ALOT, found a good series to read... Stay strong and GL!

    You can do it!!  I was so close to using a HPT yesterday.  I never believe them anyway so it would have been pointless.  DH got a bunch of movies and we watched them until I was too tired to go to the store.

    False positive and false negatives would have made me more crazy.

    Thanks for all the ideas ladies!

    I'm really trying hard to take your advice and keep busy. I've got some bills and financial stuff to do, some new books to read and maybe paint all of my finger/toe nails all while DH is watching football.

    I think I'll be able to do this. I'm just waaaay too impatient! The suspense is killing me!
