Grovia AI2 elastic

I've only been cd-ing a month. I've had all kinds of random issues(dd is thin, can't get a good fit with the snap shells and the soaker occasionally bunches, which leads to leaks into the shells sometimes). Now I've started to notice that the elastic at the legs is starting to relax a bit. Has this happened to anyone? I'm following the washing instructions and hanging to dry, and they are only just over a month old!
