Our Team Green baby arrived med-free... crazy labor

Hi all!

I will probably post the birth story later when I've settled in. We got home yesterday with our BABY GIRL (!!!) - Gwen, who was born a few hours after my 30th birthday at 6:09 a.m. on Tuesday the 25th.

I'll fill in the blanks later, but let's just start by saying that we got to the hospital at 5 a.m. and she was born at 6:09 a.m. No time for the epi or any pain management. It was pretty much as intense and painful as you'd imagine, but I survived, and the moment when they put a wiggling little girl on my chest was, of course, worth it.

I can't wait to catch up on the board. I hope everyone's doing well!

She was 7 lbs 12 oz, 19.5 inches, with a LOT of dark hair. We are all great.
