Update and goodbye...

Just thought I'd give an update. Here is my original post:

We went in for our follow-up scan today and everything looked exactly the same- no development at all. They think the baby stopped growing at about 6 weeks. I'm supposed to be 8-8.5 weeks today. Still no bleeding or any signs of miscarriage.

It's all a bit of a mystery to me, but I'm feeling OK about it. I had prepared myself for this outcome. I do believe that things happen for a reason and I've learned to trust the process. More than anything, I want a healthy baby at the end of all of this and this baby wasn't healthy. I'm happy we caught it early and I'm encouraged that we were able to get pregnant so quickly. I know we'll have our sweet baby soon.

I wish you all happy, healthy, and above all, calm pregnancies. Please cross your fingers that I'll find myself on the August 2013 board!

    I am so very sorry for your loss. Huge hugs to you. I know you probably don't want to think about it but the TTCAL board really got me through some hard days. Best wishes to you. I am so sorry.

    I am so sorry for your loss. I pray that you get a healthy pregnancy and baby. I know this will be hard to deal with, but it will get easier with time and prayer. Plus knowing you can get pregnant again, should just motivate you to recover and try again when your doctor says that you can.
