INTRO: We're going to try to have a baby!

I'm Kacy, 36, and I've been with my partner for a few years now. We decided that we would try for a baby in 2013, before I turned 37. Last October, the universe had different plans and brought us a very unexpected, but very wanted, pregnancy. After seeing her many times, unfortunately we found out at our NT scan this past January that she no longer had a heartbeat. We were cleared to TTC after one cycle, but we decided to give ourselves some time to better recover, because we did both take our loss pretty hard. We still miss her every day, but are in much better places now emotionally.
I was on TTCAL for four months in the beginning of the year, so some of you may recognize me from there. I decided to take an indefinite Bump break in April, as we were TTA, amongst other reasons. We decided to actively try again this cycle, and had sex last week in my fertile window on purpose for the first time! Ha. So know that I am excited about being back on a board, especially not knowing what issues we may be facing as we work toward our rainbow.
Anyway, I look forward to getting to know some of you, and am so happy to be able to support y'all as well.
