My daughter is exclusively breastfeeding, and during the day she nurses about every 2 hours... this makes for really short naps because she's in the routine of eat, play, sleep, repeat. I think that she isn't getting enough sleep because she gets progressively crankier as the day goes on. I am not sure if I should try to extend this routine to eating every three hours so that she can get longer stretches of sleep, or if I should try to keep her awake so that she sleeps a longer stretch at the next nap, or just go with the flow for now.
What do you think?
