AW: LO nursed without nipple shield

My LO nursed without the nipple shield on one side this morning! I'm so happy because this shield has caused me tons of anxeity. I got some great tips on a blog. I can't remember the name right now, but if anyone is I interested let me know and I'll look it up when I'm know mobile bumping.

    That really is the best feeling. I used one for flat nips for about a week or more after we got out of the hospital. I hated having to keep up with it and clean it after every feeding. I felt extremely liberated when she was able to nurse effectively without it!! Congratulations!!!!

    Thanks for posting this....DS has been on a nipple shield since he was born and my doctor really wants me to wean him, but it's been hard, so that article really helped!
