So I've been doing my bbt and it's been running high. This morning it said 99. I usually run low so since I recently had a kidney infection I made an appointment for tomorrow to test that again. I was curious to see how much higher it was since I was moving around etc. It lowered. And proceeded to lower all day until recently it went back up a bit. Even if I am sick I don't understand why it would start high and lower throughout the day and then go back up. I haven't taken any fever reducer/pain reliever and am more sedentary now than I was a few hours ago and in the morning I take it right upon waking. I don't think it's the thermometer. I will ask the doctor tomorrow as well but basically I'm frustrated because this is yet another thing that my body is stupid on.

I'm sorry, but it kinda sounds like you are just still sick. My bbt only went up a few points and I think only read to 98.6 at its highest and I run low like 97.2 most of the time.
Hopefully you will get some answers at the doctors.

I agree that you are probably still sick. I know how frustrating temping it can be. My temps were all over the place with PCOS so I never could rely on bbt. I hope things go back to normal soon!
