I have gained 5 lbs this summer, so I have started a limited carb diet today in hopes to lose 15 by Christmas. Fruits, veggies, meat, cheese, yogurt.
For dinner tonight I am having BBQ chicken breasts, baked squash and baked zuchinni chips (even though they are breaded in cracker crumbs, they are not fried like we usually have them).
I'm actually meeting a couple friends for dinner out tonight and I'm so flipping excited I can't stand it! It's been a long day... and week... and maybe even month. I need a night out where I don't have to make dinner or put DS to bed
