what can I take to sleep?

in September 2012 Moms

as much as I love joining some of you in the late-night check in, these 4 hours of sleep nights are taking a toll on me.  I have a dr apt tomorrow morning and I'm hoping she will strip my membranes and I will go into labor (this put me into labor with DS) I would like to get a good nights sleep tonight, what is safe to take?
