Terrible 2s going right into terrible 3s

Ive been having just a god awful time with my almost 3 yr old. He is constantly not listening and pushes my buttons literally all day long. I'm at my Witts to the point where I'm just a mad mommy all day! My husband is out of town during the week then I work weekends while he watches the kids. On top of breastfeeding my teething 10.5 month old. My husband thinks its time for pre school./daycare a couple days a week. I just don't know what to do anymore, I stay on top of him: time outs, consequences....nothing is working. I guess I just needed to vent. :)

    123 magic and pre-school.  It gets worse before it gets better.  You will also love having a few hours of one on one time with the baby even if the baby is crabby.  Just know you are not alone.  I have locked myself in our garage a few times just so I could calm down.  We have the lock backwards so the kids can't go in and get into trouble.

    3 is definitely worse than 2. And imo, 4 is just as bad a 3. It doesn't really get any better until the kids are out of the house in school all day, and then maybe it's just an illusion because you don't have to put up with the crap as much.

    But 3 is that age where they just want to test everything. You just have to be consistent, and start implementing logical consequences for bad behavior. IDK, parenting is just hard all the time I think.

    3 is definitely harder at our house for both kids. :( ugh.

    re-read and saw you're not in preschool. get him enrolled ASAP for sure!
