Being home sick is dangerous. Watching way too much tv. There's a marathon on right now. That poor girl! The entire family has an opinion about when she should have a baby. Yikes. Talk about pressure. I say this with my own personal baggage, of course, but I hope she doesn't have any trouble.

I'm not really into these types of reality shows, but I watch because they live in the town next to me and I've met the Jonas Bros through my work (I work for a magazine).
I have a theory that the reason that they're editing/scripting it to focus so much on baby talk is that because she's going to announce she's pregnant at the end of the season... but I could be wrong!

may, your theory sounds spot on. I've never seen an episode til today. Maybe I only think it's entertaining because delirium from my fever has set in. Yah, must be the fever.

The girl is annoying to me...she is like a wet noodle. I wish she was more confident and assertive. I just want to slap her and tell her to grow a pair and stop being so timid. She also needs to tell mama j.onas and the rest of the family to mind their own business.
I guess I am speaking from the experiences and eyes of a bitter, cranky, assertive 39 yo!

I started out the day with the Kar.dashians. lol. Sometimes you have to shut your brain down.
Thanks for checking in. I wish the news was better. Today, I'm a lot worse. Positive that it's a sinus infection. With the blessing of my RE, I started antibiotics today. Transfer is at 10:45 cst, acu at 10 am. My sweet acu called to see how I'm doing. I started crying. I'm getting really nervous, Irish, both because of how monumental this transfer is, and because I'm worried my illness is going to interfere with a successful cycle. I seriously feel a bit of cold feet.

There you are! I completely agree with you about the wife. I am extremely assertive, and frankly get paid to be aggressive, so a girl like her is soooo painful to watch. Even when she speaks, she's so slow and talks so softly. Gah! Momma Jon.as is overbearing. The dig about Dani using paper napkins instead of cloth cracked me up. She and my MIL are two peas in a pod.

You get a golden star for dealing with a MIL like the one on this show! She is a wackadoo - super controlling and passive aggressive. I would tell her to zip it or beat it. My DH and I lost some brain cells on this show last week - he is betting they don't make it between the overbearing MIL, the pressure from the family, and her supreme introverted timid personality verses he who lives for the limelight. She is way out of her comfort zone.

Now, onto J.onas. DH actually is the one who puts it on when he flips through the channels, lol. More so, because he thinks over the next few years we will end up in that area of TX because his company is moving so many jobs to W.estlake. So, we like to see what it looks like there. But, yeah, she needs to speak up and open her mouth for once to the mom. Talk about pressure! I really hope it is not being edited for an announcement at the end.

There was an episode or two in TX that we saw. I have only seen a few episodes. The ones I saw were at the mom's house.
Haven't seen it, but I wouldn't put it past myself to get sucked in if I were to watch an episode. My "need" for brainless tv seems to have grown exponentially in the past couple years (hello Real Housewives addiction, and I've even found myself watching the Kardashians on occasion).
Really hoping that the antibiotics kick in quickly and give you some relief! Glad to hear that you are home and resting. Will be thinking of you tomorrow and sending all sorts of positive thoughts your way!
