NBR: just had to share

My parents made it to Europe and to their cruise. They have been trying to get to Spain since Tuesday and have been on two airplanes that were broken, which resulted in delays and a possibility they wouldn't make it to their cruise! Had to share with somebody because everybody is at work and not answering their phones!
