What do you use to hang up the quilt?

A crib set was given to me before DS was born, but I packed up the bumper and I only use the crib skirt, and matching valence from the set. I went and bought a crib mobile and wall decals that go with the theme and I would like to hang up the quilt, but idk if I should use nails? What did you use to hang up the quilts?

  • pin a couple safety pins in the top on the backside and use the pins to hang on nails in the wall

  • I might buy curtain clips to hang ours. It's a good idea if you want it to look a little more decorative. You can find them with the curtains and blinds usually.
Just clip however many you want along the top edge and hang them on a small curtain rod on the wall. Or you could use a dowel or whatever you like, I guess. It just makes it look a little more finished than nailed up there would but depending on your room / style.. either way works!! Also, you don't have to poke holes in the blanket if you use the clips! I know we plan on using ours when our LO gets older.

  • I stitched fabric loops on the back and used a cafe curtain rod to hang the quilt.

  • We used the 3m velcro command strips that you use to hand pictures.
