  The first name is BRUTAL!  It's a place not a person.  Some place names are great as people names - Tennessee is NOT one of them.

  I live in Tennessee, and I know Reese is from Tennessee. But naming my son Tennessee just isn't my style. I do like James though.

  Naming kids after states is NMS, but I guess it's better than Apple or Blue or Pilot Inspektor.  I'm actually kind of surprised because she seems more conservative than this.

  Maybe he's named after Tennessee Williams, and it also just worked out that TN is Reese's home state?  Of course, Tennessee Williams' real first name was Thomas.  Thomas James would have been so nice!

  Yeah, I agree. I wouldn't name my kid after my home state, either. Otherwise, it would be named Illinois! LOL
