Where can I find plain LS shirts sz 4T?

Where can I find plain, long-sleeved t-shirts? I like to get some to layer under short-sleeved t's, as well as under sweatshirts/cardigans. Can't seem to find them this year! Weird. I've tried Gap, Target, Carters and Gymboree. They are all patterned/screen printed/ruffled, etc except ONE off-white plain shirt that I could get at Gap.

Last year I had white, pink, and hot pink from Target & Gap and used them a lot.
