Just wanted to say that my sister in law delivered a few weeks ago at Balboa with the midwives (onTricare Prime) and had a wonderful experience. She got all her prenatal care there and told us she felt supported.
I have Tricare standard and if I was closer to Balboa, I would actually consider it.
