I just can't do it

I'm such a freak, I cannot move my kid from the RnP to the PnP; we're only talking a difference of like 2 feet away from me and I just can't do it.  My husband insists that LO is too long for the RnP and is getting cramped (not hardly, but whatevs).  LO is in the PnP sound asleep right now, but I think as soon as my husband falls asleep I'm sneaking LO back into the RnP, nice and cozy right beside me. 

 

And on that note, LO might not be sleeping in his own room until he's in high school.

    Haha I totally get where you are coming from. I am currently laying in bed watching the video monitor so I can see his little face and know he is breathing (we have an angelcare sensor pad) while he is sleeping in the PnP on the other side of the bed!

    is it possible to put the pnp against your bed?? LO has been sleeping in his room for about a month. at first i was nervous, he'd spent the first 9 months attached to me, then another month at arm's length, it was hard not to get upset! I'm definitely sleeping better now that I'm not worrying about every little noise waking him. I think he sleeps better too.

    How big is your baby?! I have friends who still put their 7 month olds in the rnp for naps. I'm sure he's not too big for it and I totally understand your anxiety about moving him.

    I'm the opposite! I want the pnp as far away as possible so I don't wake up for every grunt or sigh. And I cannot wait until DH and I move to a 2bedroom and LO can be in his own room! Haha. Although when it happens I bet I will be a bit sad.
