I went to a meeting today for the first time, it was so nice to be around so many other moms. Plus my toddler stayed in his class and lo in the nursery the whole time. I'm looking forward to the next meeting.

    Sorry mops is mothers of preschoolers, it's a Christian based moms group with chapters all over the country.

    I'm kind of partial to my Euro Steam Shark...

     

    I have seen MOPS advertised around here before! It looks great. I'm glad you liked it, I am kind of jealous because I would love to have something like that to join.But I don't have a preschooler and it is located way out in the burbs. I was going to a nursing mothers' support group for a while (not LLL affiliated) but one of the leaders was kinda scary with pushing her anti-vaccine, anti-doctor, pro-homebirth views on everyone and it made me really uncomfortable so I stopped going :(

    MOPS is for anyone with kids from birth to six. There was even a mom there who was pregnant with her first not due until January.
