weird things going on...

i am 5 weeks pp and just the other day started having some weird symptoms. i had a great recovery...my incision is healed and i stopped bleeding around 2 weeks pp. on saturday i started leaking a clear discharge that turned into some blood. i thought maybe i was getting my period (which sucked since i am ebf) but it was gone the next day. then the clear discharge returned on monday? now my stomach is really tender to the touch but up in my abdomin not near my incision. anyone else have this happen? should i call the doctor?
